If You Haven't Already Joined CashCrate...

now's the time!

CashCrate is a site that pays you to take surveys and complete offers. I've been a member for years. They send a check when you reach $20; I'm at $8.18 right now, with several offers pending.

Think You Need a High School Diploma to Get a Scholarship?

I published A List of GED Scholarships today. I have a GED, and I remember how everybody tried to convince me that I had no future. They were wrong. You can go to college with a GED, and you can get scholarships.

Monthly EHow Earnings

There's still about a week left of July, but I'm already pretty happy with my EHow earnings this month. I'm currently at $15.53. That might not sound like a lot, but keep in mind that I only have 29 articles posted on EHow, and haven't written a new article for them in months. This is all residual income, which I love.

I've made $126.27 in residual income for 2010 on EHow alone. If you aren't familiar with residual income, that means I earned $126.27 for work I already did months ago. I'm working hard to learn about back links, SEO, and Google AdSense so that I can apply this to the new articles I'm currently writing for HubPages.

How to Ripen an Avocado Fast

After a Google search, I decided it would be a brilliant idea to ripen an avocado in my microwave. It wasn't. Read all about it here.

I'm Writing Like Crazy Today!

I just wrote another article on HubPages. Here it is-How to Email a Thank You Letter After a Job Interview. I love productive days!

How to Get an Auto Loan With Bad Credit or No Credit: My Second HubPage

I'm on a writing kick again, and have found that HubPages is very easy to navigate. So far, I like it a lot.

Here's my second article, which I published this afternoon: How to Get an Auto Loan With Bad Credit or No Credit.

HubPages

I've been tired of hearing about all the things pregnant women should avoid, so I posted a new blog on HubPages.

I have heard that some people make over $1000 a month on HubPages, and you can write about anything you want. This appeals to me, because sometimes I get bored with the restricted topics of other sites (which I don't talk about much on my blog).

My goal is to eventually make $500 a month in residual income from EHow, Epinions, HubPages, and a few other sites. I think it's attainable. Actually, I know it's attainable; anything is possible when you work from home.

I Forgot How Much I Missed Ebay.

I haven't sold anything on Ebay in awhile. I sold some scrubs recently, and now I have some makeup on there. I'm one of those people who is obsessive about checking their auctions. Sigh.

Anyway, if the links in this post don't take you to my auctions, search Sunnyglitter on Ebay. Thanks!

I'm Actively Looking...

for new freelance gigs.

I haven't written for EHow in awhile, and I've been kind of slacking on Epinions too. ReadBud ended up not being quite right for me; if you are making a lucrative income on the site, please share your story.

As some of you may remember, I'm also a brand ambassador/promotional model (if you're not sure what that is, feel free to check out one of my articles on the topic here). Summer is my busy season, and I've been working like crazy. However, now that I'm pregnant (SURPRISE!), it's getting harder to meet the demands of the promotional world. One company let me go after I announced my pregnancy, and while other companies were understanding, I have found that it is getting more difficult each day (physically) to work. Promotions can require you to be on your feet, in the sun or rain, for as long as 12 or 14 hours...all while keeping a smile on your face. I love promotions, but need to focus on other freelance gigs for now.

I'm interested in blogging for money, and will be applying to write for a few sites that caught my interest. I'll keep you all updated.
